Ford Jubilee

This is the Ford NAA I am rebuilding. It sat in a mans front yard for 15 years.The engine was in need to be rebuilt. So I am putting chrome rings in new sleeves new intake and exaust valves in.Got the fly wheel turned and the head re done. Had the conneting rod done. Needs a new oil pump other than the engine it is pretty good. I bought the tractor for 800 with a bucket and a mowing machine. It took 2 min and it was gone and on the trailer. Please if you have any advise on how to restore this this please can you help me. I am 15 an trying to do this right I dont want anything to be right not half fast at all I want to know what I should us for paint that will make it really shine. Weather to use glass bead or black beauty to sand to sand blast it too. I also dont know weather to buy the original tires that came from ford on it. Please any help will really help me out.
