1946 John Deere GM

Here’s my pride and joy. My 1946 John Deere GM. I bought this tractor when I was thirteen years old. I Did quiet a bit of work except for the engine that was rebuilt when I got the tractor. I had the mag & carb rebuilt, did all the painting. Put new tires. And for the finishing touches put a shiny new header pipe and exhaust stack on her. I won best-restored tractor in the Southern Maine Tractor club Summer festival 2003.
