At first I could not locate the appropriate color (sunrise red) in quart cans. So we opted to paint her at first with Rustoleum 'Safety Red' But it was from the boss that she was way to brite for human eyes....so back to the store to try the Valspar brand of 'Ford Red'. Here is the pic of the first attempt. In the end the beast has 2 or 3 coats of primer 2 coats of 'Safety Red' and another 2 coats of 'Ford Red' So now the beast looks like she was dipped in plastic!
